Domestic shipping includes only the continental United States. Unless otherwise noted UPS is used for domestic shipping. If the merchandise purchased is too large, USPS or FedEx may be used. Delivery
Unless otherwise specified the price quoted is for a single shipment of merchandise and will be added to the total amount of the customer's invoice.

Damaged Items
Items damaged during shipping must be reported to Leisuretime Musical Instruments by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer must keep the original packing. If damages are reported after 24 hours Leisuretime Musical Instruments reserves the right to refuse the claim.

Returns
Leisuretime Musical Instruments is committed to quality. As a result, if a customer is unhappy with the merchandise, the customer has 2 business days after receiving it to return it to Leisuretime Musical Instruments. The item must be returned undamaged in its original packaging. The customer will pay for the return shipping and insurance and upon receipt of items, Leisuretime Musical Instruments will gladly refund the invoiced amount for the merchandise
